Our team is led by Jeffrey Howe who started the company before his first year at VA Tech in 1989. Jeff now completes estimates and coordinates job installation. Jeff spends the spring coaching little league baseball in Nelson County. In the fall and winter he plays hockey and oversees the ski club for his children’s school.

In 1993 Andy Guercio partnered with Jeff to bring his landscape construction experience. Andy holds the Class A License and is the Vice President of Windridge and Project Superintendent. He is responsible for managing landscaping and hardscaping projects. Andy, his wife Becky, son Truman and daughter Lily own and operate Trulily Horse Farm in Free Union.
